Access can be set by person, role, time and purpose, which covers guests, residents, building management, cleaning staff, laundry services, maintenance and tradespeople. Nestrio Access treats entry as a digital permission with its own validity window, purpose, role and usage history.
Monitoring of noise, smoke from fire or cigarettes, temperature, and power and internet outages. The sensors flag unusual situations in an apartment or building early, before they affect guest comfort, relations with neighbours or the property's reviews. Noise sensors measure sound levels and do not record audio.
The operations system for bookings, guests, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, tradespeople, communication and reporting. It ties the booking to access, cleaning, sensor data and the rest of the day-to-day work.
Logs, notifications, incidents, the guest register, payments, owner reporting and further operational modules. The aim is that an owner or manager sees the whole operation of the property in a single overview.
