Nestrio is the software brain of the property.
We work with established manufacturers of security and access hardware. The platform connects securely to both existing and new building infrastructure, so installation does not call for major building work.
How a rollout works
- A short review of the property type, its entry points and its users.
- A proposal for access roles and time rules.
- Connection to the hardware nodes and activation of the IoT sensors in the building.
- Configuration of logs, notifications and operational scenarios.
- Activation of Nestrio: Flow and training the manager for live operation.
The fastest route runs through portfolios
Not through individual owners, but through managers, guest register providers and platforms that already have a relationship with a portfolio of units.
How adoption usually goes

Security, logs and data
Security and privacy come first. Data collection and access logging fully comply with the GDPR. The Nestrio platform is not there to monitor people's private lives, but to give a transparent audit of external services such as cleaning, maintenance and waste collection, and to protect the owner's property. Access to the event history is encrypted and graded by user role.
