Nestrio replaces keys and fobs with a digital permission for a specific person, space and time. Every entry is recorded and access can be revoked in seconds.

A master key or fob opens everything and nobody really knows how many copies are in circulation. When somebody leaves or loses a key, you change cylinders and hand out new keys. Nestrio replaces key logistics with a digital permission for a specific person, space and time. An employee has permanent access, a tradesperson has one afternoon, a supplier has their own window. When a permission has served its purpose it is revoked in seconds, with no work on the door. Every use is written to the log.

Every entry has a rule and a record
Management can see who entered which space and when. Access can be granted once, on a repeating schedule or permanently, according to the user's role. If a service provider does not arrive on the agreed date, you know that day rather than when the invoice comes. The entry record also serves as the basis for signing off the work. Nothing has to be installed or learned — the supplier just needs the link that opens the door.
You want to deal with an incident when it starts. Not in the morning, when you find it.
An unattended space is usually noticed only by the consequences — a flooded plant room, a fire in the warehouse, a door left open overnight. Nestrio adds sensors for temperature, smoke and fire, water leaks and door openings. The detector sends an alert as the problem is happening, not once it is found the next morning. One incident caught in time usually costs more than several years of running the system.

Nestrio does not replace your existing software
Keep time tracking, orders, desk bookings and accounting exactly where they are. Nestrio handles the physical layer of the space: the doors, who went through them, what they did on the other side and what is happening inside. Company portals do not do that, and ordinary locks cannot carry it through to operations and reporting. The two work side by side.
